This book is about eating healthy and overcoming poor eating and exercise habits.
It focuses on a twelve-key plan which can help you live a healthy life.
The author points out how important it is to choose to live a life that is healthy putting first God over your issues in life who gives you the strength to make any lasting changes in your health.
To have a healthy life one must be healthy in 3 aspects which are spiritual, mental and physically healthy.
This book teaches how you can love yourself and take responsibility of your health and avoid living an unhealthy lifestyle.
What I Thought About This Novel
I really like the way this book was written it’s easy to understand.
The guidance that Joyce uses in this book about living healthy is referenced with Bible scriptures which is a great thing.
Although this book has these bible scriptures even a non- christian person can still relate to the healthy tips that are in this book.
This book can be kept a bookshelf after-reading and re-read again at a later time for reference or for a bit of motivation.
This is the first book I have read written by Joyce Meyer and I have enjoyed it, I hope to read more books by the same author.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in living a healthy lifestyle.
