Life is full of stress and as we all know, too much stress can take a toll on your health. You need to give yourself time to relax and de-stress the stress away.
Here is how to relieve stress and relax.
1. Know What Stresses
Identify what stresses you, is it the kids screaming at you, are you constantly late at work, are your bills piling up on you.
Knowing your stressors will help you to see how you react to them and how they affect you and the people around you.
Once you start to notice what stresses you you can start to work on them finding ways to reduce or eliminate the stress.
Of course, some stressors can be totally eliminated for examples your screaming kids you have to work with them and find out why they are screaming maybe they just want your attention.
Exercising regularly is very important for your well being. It’s promotes relaxation of the mind and the body which is good for stress.
Exercises don’t have to be high intensity even a daily 30minites walk about around your neighbourhood will help to clear your mind. Other low impact exercises you can try out include, swimming, cycling, yoga and a bit of jogging.

3. Get Enough Sleep
Make sure you get enough sleep each night. The right amount of sleep is a good positive force thing as it helps you work up in a good mood, eager to start your day. When you are sleeping your body will be repairing itself.

4. Take A Deep Breath
Stress can cause your breath to become fast and irregular this affects the way your heart pumps that’s how stress is linked to high blood pressure.
Practicing taking deep breathing helps to increase the amount of oxygen in your blood as a result of this you will slow down your heart rate lowering your blood pressure.
5. Find Some Quiet Time Alone
Try to find some quiet time alone in the morning and in the evening to relax treat this as your own chillaxing time.
During this time when you’re alone and there is less noise around your surroundings. You can read a book, go for a walk, sit down in the park, meditate, or simply sit quietly
