Last week I shared with you this kiwi and banana smoothie recipe. Have you tried it out yet? This week I am sharing with you this delicious smoothie recipe packed with vitamin C

Banana and Orange Smoothie Recipe



1 Bananas

1 Orange

Quarter glass of water / milk

1 Tablespoon Greek yogurt


1. Wash and peel  bananas and orange cut fruits in to small cubes

2. Put all the ingredients in the blender or smoothie maker.

3. Blend until there is a creamy consistence.

4.  Your smoothie is ready

5. Pour into glasses and serve.
