Do you exercise enough?
The NHS recommends 150 minutes of exercising per week to keep fit.
Staying active everyday will help you to prevent many healthy problems.
Doing exercises doesn’t have to be formal like going to the gym.
These days you can do exercises in the comfort of your own home without wasting time going to the gym and money for gym membership, which might usually, involves entering in a contract to pay for a year’s subscription, which is usually difficult to opt out if your situation changes.
They are good exercises channels on You tube all you have to do is search for them and you are on your way to a health life style.

Of course people are different the type of exercise you do must fit your current healthy.
As for me just like anyone diagnosed with high blood pressure you have to know your limits when taking exercises.
They are certain exercise that can actually do harm than good to people with high blood pressure e.g lifting heavy weight and other intense exercises.
It is always wise to check with your doctor which exercise suits you.
Your doctor can send you for an exercise test called ECG (electrocardiogram), which will be performed on a running machine, or exercise bike to find out how much activity is safe for you to do.
