The author emphasis on the importance of forming and developing a daily routine that only takes 15 to 30 minutes to complete.
By writing a to do list checklist and making sure that you do things on your to do list will help you to achieve more on and will keep you motivated.
What I Thought About This Book
I thought this book offered a practical way of forming habits and sticking to them. I liked the concept of habit stacking which makes it easy to form habits.
I also liked the idea of creating a Daily To Do List which I am a big fan of already. Creating a daily to do list helps a lot in staying focus on your goals.
It’s a good read and its small, I managed to finish reading this book within one day. It’s written in simple words easy to understand.
I highly recommend this book to people who want to a create new and useful habit. If you struggle in forming a habit that sticks then this book is for you.
