The Story Line Of This Novel

This novel tells a story about a young boy called Ben, who goes to his granny’s house every Friday. Ben thinks that his granny is boring.

Ben’s Granny likes to eat cabbage soup. Her hair has turned all white and she has dentures to replace her actual teeth.

Could Ben be wrong on how she thinks of her grandma as boring?

Ben will soon find out that her boring granny is also an international jewel thief and plans to steal jewels with Ben.

What I Thought About This Novel

This book is so funny and enjoyable. I loved reading it every second.

My favourite chapter in this book. was A Lifetime of Crime, it’s when Mr Parker Granny neighbour was suspicious on granny and decided to go and check on granny, he walks on granny and she pretends to do naked yoga. This chapter made me laugh a lot. It was hilarious.

Lessons I learned in this book are not to steal and anyone can be anything they want to be in life.

I recommend this book to very confident readers who can read on their own, who are between 9 years and 15 years old.

I really like David Walliams books I am currently reading The Demon Dentist by David Walliams and I like the story so far and will be happy to write a book review about it (that is if my parents are okay with it).
