The NHS recommends 150 minutes of exercising per week to keep fit.

Staying active every day will help you to prevent many health problems.

Doing exercises don’t have to be formal like going to the gym.

These days you can do exercises in the comfort of your own home without wasting time going to the gym and money for the gym membership, which might usually, involves entering into a contract to pay for a year’s subscription, which is usually difficult to opt out if your situation changes.

They are good exercises channels on YouTube all you have to do is search for them and you are on your way to a healthy life style.

It is always wise to check with your doctor which exercise suits you.

Your doctor can send you for an exercise test called ECG (electrocardiogram), which you will use when you are on a running machine, or exercise bike to find out how much activity is safe for you.
